CAFE (nee DAVERN): Amber Helen (Ber) 12 December, 2016 peacefully at Lithgow District Hospital.  Of Capertee and formerly of Lithgow.  Much loved daughter of Ronald & Helen, dearly loved wife of Jamie, cherished mother of Brydie, Ella, Jarah, Taylor, Beau, a dear sister & sister-in-law and aunty.
A graveside service for AMBER will be held in the Church of England portion of Ilford Cemetery, Cafe Road Ilford, ON FRIDAY (16^TH  DECEMBER, 2016) AT 11.00 AM.  No flowers by request and in lieu donations could be considered to the Pulmonary Hypertension Unit St. Vincent’s Hospital and may be left at the graveside.
