COOK: Peter Kenneth (Cookie) 18 October, 2016 peacefully at home.  Of Lithgow.  Much loved husband of Bev, loved father & father-in-law of Glen, Julie Boyd-Skinner, Karen & Nigel Wallis, much loved Pop of Bradley, Damien, Christopher & Natasha, Dylan, Zachary, Benjamin and great grandfather of Jasmine, Brooklynn, dear brother & brother-in-law and uncle of their families.Funeral and committal services for the late  PETER KENNETH COOK of  Lithgow will be held in Hoskins Memorial Uniting Church, Lithgow ON THURSDAY (27^TH OCTOBER, 2016) AT 11.00 AM.   At the conclusion of the services a private cremation will take place.  Members of Club Lithgow and Lithgow Workmen’s Club are invited to attend.  No flowers by request & in lieu donations could be considered to Palliative Care Lithgow and may be left at the church.
