Dearly loved wife of Tom, loving mother & mother-in-law of Debbie & Alan Faulkner, Lynda & Scott Martin, much loved Nan of Daniel & Emily, Ryan, Emma, James, Ben, great grandmother of Lexie, dear sister & sister-in-law and auntie of their families.Funeral & committal services for the late BERYL DAWN EVANS of Lithgow will be held in Hoskins Memorial Uniting Church, Lithgow ON FRIDAY (13^TH MAY, 2016) AT 11.00AM.  At the conclusion of the services private cremation will take place.   Members of Lithgow Workmen€™s Club are invited to attend.   No flowers by request & in lieu donations could be considered to Alzheimers Australia  & may be left at the church.
