EVANS (nee RALPHS): Janice Ada 7 September, 2018 peacefully at home.  Of Westmead.  Dearly loved mother & mother-in-law of Paul & Kerry, David, Kim & Rebel, much loved Nan of her grandchildren, dear sister of Fay and auntie, special friend of Gordon and Sharon.Funeral service for JANICE will be held in Hoskins Memorial Uniting Church, Lithgow ON FRIDAY (14^TH SEPTEMBER, 2018) AT 10.00AM  thence to be followed by a committal service in the Lawn portion of Mudgee Cemetery at 2.30PM.  No flowers by request & in lieu donations could be considered to the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation and may be left at the church.
