Dearly loved wife of Les (dec), loved mother & mother-in-law of Brian, Pamela & John, much loved Grandma of Damien, Shannon & Donna, dear sister, sister-in-law & adored auntie of their families.Funeral & committal services for Hazel were held in Hoskins Memorial Uniting Church, Lithgow followed by cremation on Friday 12^th June, 2020.
