Much loved wife of Richard, loved mother of Darrell, Jaime, Michael, much loved Nan of Jennifer and Kayla, dear sister, sister-in-law and auntie of her family.Funeral & committal services for the late PATRICIA KAY O’CONNOR of Lithgow will be held in St Paul’s Anglican Church, Roy Street, Lithgow ON, FRIDAY (26^th AUGUST, 2016) AT 11.00AM. At the conclusion of the services a private cremation will take place.
