ROWE: Cecil (Cec) 15 November, 2016 peacefully at home.  Of Lithgow.  Dearly loved husband of Betty, much loved father & father-in-law of Ann & Ray Thompson, Cheryl & Chris Warren, loved Pop of Nathan & Lindsay, Brendon & Laura, Stephen & Caitlin, Nicole & Simon, great grandfather of Toby, Eadie, Olive, Ava, dear brother of Robert and fond uncle.Funeral and committal services for the late  CECIL ROWE of  Lithgow will be held in St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Lithgow ON FRIDAY (18^TH NOVEMBER, 2016) AT 11.00 AM.  At the conclusion of the services a private cremation will take place.  Members of the Lithgow Workmen’s Club are invited to attend.  No flowers by request and in lieu donations could be considered to the National Heart Foundation and may be left at the church.
