Dearly loved wife of Riv (deceased), loved mother & mother-in-law of Barry, Sylvia & John Palmer, much loved €˜Nan’ of Scott, Marney, Kelly, David, Brittany, Kasey & their partners & of her great grandchildren Lashay, Courtney, Kiara, Dylan, Cody, Kayla, Ethen, Ben, Miley & Shelby, dear sister of Elsie, Doris, Grace, Rita, Stanley, Noel & Robert (all deceased), fond sister-in-law & auntie of their families.A service forJOAN was held in St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Lithgow followed by interment in Lithgow Cemetery on Friday 16th July, 2021. No flowers by request & in lieu donations could be considered to Portland Tabulam Aged Care and can be made directly to them.
